Autumn Yoga Brunch with Kiosk

Saturday 9th September 9am to 11.30am  – Tickets £25 per person

We are super happy to announce our second event with our lovely friends at Kiosk supported by Sweaty Betty Nottingham Boutique – there will be some special goody bags available for each person attending.

Our last event was fully sold out, so please do book your tickets early to ensure your place is secure.  The Yoga class will be 75 minutes long (1 hour and 15 minutes), and is open to mixed levels of ability, suitable for beginners to more experienced Yoga practitioners. There will be an early Autumnal flow to the class and include nurturing and soothing poses. The Yoga will help you to feel grounded and suitably challenged, yet at the same time relaxed and energised. Jasmin will lead the Yoga class, she will adapt the class to ensure there are suitable options for each student.  To find out more about our Yoga classes and what’s included in them, read this article here.

The Yoga class will take place at Bahia Yoga, and when the class is finished everyone will pootle off to Kiosk in Cobden Chambers for our sit down brunch! We will have a special table prepared for us, with Autumnal Ayurvedic delights – the menu is to be confirmed.  There will options for vegan, vegetarian and gluten free. Last time Beth and her amazing team, created some tasty platters, to compliment the Yoga class and season. A real down to earth foodie Beth will explain what she’s created, expect flavoursome and wholesome tasty bites that will leave you feeling nourished and nurtured.
