Dynamic Yoga in Nottingham. Wednesday evenings 7.15pm to 8.30pm

This class is suitable for anyone practising Yoga longer than 12 to 18 months. Aimed at students with a knowledge of the basics and beyonds of Yoga.

Whilst dynamic has two implied meanings in terms of Yoga, one pertaining to power or force (strong Yoga poses) and the other pertaining to motion and movement with the breath and body. We will work with both elements including physical movement in synch with the breath. Emphasis is on a stronger element to the poses, with alignment, awareness and flowing into and out poses with strength, grace and fluidity.

Theses sessions incorporate Vinyasa Flow sequences with , balances, standing & seated sequences, forward folds, gentle heart openers & cooling inversions. Including simple Vedic chants, Pranayama, Meditation & Yoga Nidra. Classes lead by Jasmin who is a  certified and registered 500 hour Hatha Yoga Instructor and a 200 hour Ashtanga Yoga Instructor.

These classes run on Wednesday evenings from  7.30pm to 8.30pm – advanced booking is essential for all our courses. Please bring along your own Yoga mat and enjoy Yoga in Nottingham’s dedicated Yoga studio space.
