What is the focus of the class?

Expect movement and not just stretching,  poses will be synchronised with the breath and this class will typically include gradual flowing variations of poses, including sun salutations and steady sequencing to build up to stronger asanas. This will be an alignment-based class, which will help you to understand how to get into the poses with awareness, confidence and ease.

What is Vinyasa Flow?

“Vinyasa’s strength is in its diversity. There is no single philosophy, rulebook, or sequence that teachers must follow, so there is a lot of room for individual personalities and quirks to come through”   The real emphasis is placed on the breath and the journey between the asanas (poses). Jatta  is a regular Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow Yoga practitioner. She loves the flow of movement and emphasis on strong yet flowing poses, she offers different levels of options for all levels of ability.

Who can attend?

This is the perfect class if you are wishing to challenge yourself and learn variations and transitions into poses. Jatta will offer alternatives for Yoga students who are recently starting out on their journey, and provide deeper options for any student wishing to go further into their practice.
