Mark your calendars for our 60-Hour Yoga Foundation Course, scheduled on Sundays 10am to 5pm, once a month from March to July 2024. This course serves as a stepping stone towards yoga teacher training, equipping you with the knowledge and confidence to pursue advanced practices and further studies.
The course hours are Sundays, once a month from 10am to 5pm. We offer reduced fee community spots for the global majority and two spots for people on a reduced income.
