3 Yoga Workshops in Nottingham with Adam Husler
Adam Husler is leading X 3 Yoga workshops in our Nottingham studio in March, 2018. The delightful boy from Brum who resides in London, will bring along his special combination of teaching precision, mindfulness and creative ways to discover old and new poses. Expect to be stretched, and suitably relaxed. Adam will be able to cater each Yoga workshop to all levels. Workshop 1) Adam Husler Twist ‘n’ Lengthen” Back Strengthening and Spine Mobilising
Saturday 24th March 2018 – 4pm to 6.30pm
In this workshop you will reign things in, and understand some of the basic anatomy in backbends, how to undertake the simple to complex poses with integrity. The twists focus on alignment, and how to elongate the spine, bringing accuracy and awareness into the poses. To book your ticket please click here, the workshop fee is £45.
Workshop 2) Adam Husler Yoga Cross Training Workshop
Sunday 25th March 2018 – 10.30am to 1pm
A strong vinyasa based workshop you will be learning which muscles need to
wake up and engage to get into certain asanas, working on drills to help make them
stronger, learning how we can build strength in our regular asana practice and then giving
some of the ‘big’ postures a go. Please book your place here, the workshop is £45.
Workshop 3) Adam Husler Kung Fu Hips
Sunday 25th March 2018 – 3.00pm to 5.30pm
Prepare to fuse the martial arts inspired practice of Budokon Yoga with more traditional
vinyasa Yoga. A significant chunk of this Yoga workshop will be full of strong, deep, dynamic and controlled, flowing sequences, however the pace will be reigned in at times to explore techniques that can be used in your regular practice including; floating transitions, arm balances and spinal articulation.The session closes with some healing static postures, before a much deserved, long savasana.
