Autumn Yoga Brunch – September 2018
Everyone is welcome at our Autumn Yoga Brunch on Sunday 9th September.
The class begins at 9.30am and the Yoga brunch ends by 12.30pm.
Yoga Bruch – what to expect in the Yoga session
A well balanced 90 minute class, suitable for all levels of ability and experience. The Yoga class will focus on grounding asanas (yoga poses), such as Forward Bends, that allow the body and mind to relax. Standing poses where you feel balance throughout the body, twists to help cleanse and release toxins from the body, and of course some Pranayama and meditation that also helps to calm and balance both the mind and body.
Yoga Brunch – what to expect with the food
Beth will cook up a delicious mini platter of freshly prepared food, includes a mini starter and dessert. Expect flavoursome and wholesome food, inspired by Middle Eastern warmth and Ayurvedic wellness. All food can be catered for different dietary requirements, please let us know know in advance.
There’s e tea and treats from our local friends at Bird and Blend based in in Nottingham. There will be some teas to sample and a taster bags to take away for a home treat.
Yoga Brunch – Fees and how to book
Fees are £30 per ticket – please book in advance as places will be limited. Please bring along your own Yoga mat, or let us know if you’d like to use a mat at the studio. Yoga equipment, such as belts, and blocks will be available to use at the studio.
Remember when booking, please double check that you can attend the session. If you miss the event, or cancel your place, we are unable to offer refunds or transfers between workshops and classes.
