Jasmin  hosts a Bedtime/ PJ Yoga online class- via Zoom.

 

Bedtime / PJ Yoga

Simple Stretches, Breath Work and Yoga Nidra/ Meditation. An excellent way to unwind, release and relax. This class is open to everyone! Other members in your home are more than welcome to join in- even children or grandparents. Now more than ever the time and space to rest and pause is needed. Yoga Nidra, Relaxation and Breath Work, will help you to switch off your mind and hopefully aid better sleep. Jasmin is a qualified and registered Psychologist, Yoga Nidra teacher, Yoga teacher trainer who specialises in pranayama and breathing techniques. These classes are suitable for everyone from beginners to regular practitioners and teachers of Yoga.

 

SETTING UP

  1. Choose a space where you will feel comfortable, ensure you have enough space to move, stretch and relax
  2. You don’t need much equipment. All you need is a pillow, cushions and a blanket
  3. Somewhere to lye down where you will feel supported, e.g. a carpeted floor, or a mat
  4. Comfortable clothing- PJ’s make the best attire for Bedtime / PJ Yoga, but you can wear anything you want! As long as you feel comfortable and can move freely in what you are wearing, without any restrictions

 

BOOKING DETAILS

The Bedtime / PJ Yoga session is £5 per person. Ongoing students will be able to access two free sessions each month as part of their membership. NHS key workers and Home Care Staff can access this class for free every it runs. Note the format has changed to fortnightly, please check the timetable for updates.
