Bonus Yoga Classes  June 2019

Saturday 15th, 16th to Monday 17th June 2019! 14 bonus classes on the timetable.

Over a three-day period, you can access up two free yoga classes. This special offer is only available to our regular students, attending classes for three months or longer. If you have a valid 5 or 10 class-pass, you can pick two free classes. These classes are not suitable for anyone who is a complete beginner to yoga.

The Yoga

Each 75-minute class includes a mindful and uplifting yoga sequence. Offering a modern and classical approach to Hatha Yoga. With mantra, pranayama, and a soothing warm up. With standing poses for strength, and seated postures for stability and calm. Ending with postures to keep the spine healthy, the heart opening sequence finishes with a deep and nourishing relaxation! 

Some tips on what to do next

  • Select the bonus class on the calendar
  • Pick two classes and register with your account details
  • Please ensure you can attend the selected class, date and time
  • Remember each class is 75 minutes long! 
  • Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for your class
  • Late entry (cough cough) not even by a minute is not permitted.

  • 12pm – 1.15pm
  • 3pm – 4.15pm
  • 4.30pm – 5.45pm 

Sunday 16th June

  • 9am – 10.15am

  • 12pm – 1.15pm
  • 3pm – 4.15pm
  • 4.30pm – 5.45pm 

Monday 17th June 

  • 10.30am – 11.45am
  • 1.15pm – 2.30pm
  • 3.30pm – 4.45pm
  • 5pm – 6.15pm

Booking

Please book in advance online  (T&C apply) Note no drop-ins available. 

Please be kind enough to only book onto classes that you know can attend! Please don’t t be greedy! keep spaces free for others. Thanks in advance for taking part in these bonus classes. Enjoy your practice with our glowing teacher trainees. They are coming to the end of their current Yoga teacher training programme and are ready to teach these 75 minute classes to the public.
