An inclusive approach to Chair Yoga
Our courses are taught in a professional, friendly and coherent manner. Chair Yoga doesn’t mean downsizing or diluting the techniques of Yoga. Instead it’s a wonderful way to explore new ways to teach valid life affirming practices, to all members of society.
Who can attend the Chair Yoga CPD workshop?
This Chair based Yoga CPD is open to Yoga teachers. And healthcare professionals, carers and community workers. For those who are not Yoga teachers, we recommend attending some mini trainings. Including the Yoga Foundation Course this will help to boost your knowledge of yoga, with both practices and techniques.
Fees and Certification
Two-day Chair based Yoga CPD is £225 per person. Note the fees increase to £250 on January 31st, 2020. The fee includes certification and a mini handout.
There’s 20 hours CPD Certification. This is obtained for attendance on both days, and completion of course work. Please book your place by clicking this link here.
Note this is our second Chair Based-Yoga CDP workshop. If you took part in the first weekend in July 2019, this workshop will be an add on to the original weekend. And provides an opportunity to reconnect with your practice and update your skills.
