In-person Yoga Classes
We are excited to return to in-person yoga classes! To ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable we have reviewed and updated our Covid-19 guidelines
Numbers will be limited to 9 students per public class, with clear guidelines for entering and exiting the studio. We request everyone to wear a mask at all times, except when you are on your mat for practice. Our studio has high ceilings allowing for good ventilation, we are able to open the windows. Remember to bring in your own yoga mat to class. You will be able to loan some yoga props. Note regular and thorough cleaning takes place in between classes.
Our timetable will continue to offer both in-person yoga classes as well as online sessions. However, some classes that are running in-person at the studio won’t always be available as a recording. To attend an in-person yoga class, please book online with a single class pass or a 5 or 10 class pack. The prices remain the same, and there is a small registration fee for attending in-person classes.
In-Person Yoga Classes:
Monday 6 pm to 7 pm Asthanga Yoga Slow Flow for all levels, with Jasminder
Wednesday 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm Hatha Dynamic Yoga for all levels, with Karen
Thursday 10 am to 11 am Hatha Yoga and Meditation for all levels, with Jasminder
Friday 12 pm to 1 pm – Yoga for all (once a month)
Saturday 10 am to 11 am Hatha Yoga Level 1 to 2, with Geeta
Sunday 10 am to 11 am – Hatha Yoga Flow Level 1 to 2, with Paula
Multiple Class Passes are valid for both online and in-person at the studio.
