Friday 28th and Saturday 29th December 2018

Meditation practice helps us to live with compassion, love, and wisdom in the midst of an uncertain world. It is a way of cultivating a heart and mind that can hold all of life’s experiences and find peace within the joys and sorrows of human life. Inspired by both classical and contemporary teachings, the retreat will include meditations, optional sessions of gentle Yoga, and reflections dedicated to liberating our hearts.

10 am to 4.30 pm (informal finish at 4 pm to allow time for a cup of tea) Friday 28th and Saturday 29th (non-residential) at the Quaker Meeting House, 10 St James St, Sheffield S1 2EW. Wheelchair accessible. Map

Please arrive at 9.30 am for 10 am starts. You are welcome to attend one or both days. Beginners are also welcome.
