New Years Day Yoga + Mindfulness 2020
New Years Day Yoga + Mindfulness 2020 join us for a light and grounded evening practice. Asana (postures), Pranayama (breath work), Mindfulness and Yoga Nidra (deep rest) to help you practice mindful intentions for new beginnings.

What to expect for New Year’s Day session?
This evening practice might help you to focus on a new beginning or letting of old patterns. The mindfulness part of the practice will be led by Jake, our residential expert on all things meditative. Our founder Jasmin will lead the physical practice, including, breath work and deep relaxation.
This New Year’s Day Yoga + Mindfulness 2020 session is open to all levels of experience, including beginners and more experienced students. Single drop-in is £15 per person. Please book online.
