New Years Day Yoga & Meditation 2021
Join us for a space of calm and reflection for New Years Day Yoga & Meditation 2021. Gentle and flowing postures (asana) with joyful meditations and soothing chants (mantras). All around the world New Year is a time to take stock and to pause. It’s helpful to appreciate the good things might have happened in the last year. And also consciously manage and let go of things that have been more difficult. Often we set high perfectionist resolutions which can soon be forgotten. Instead let’s cultivate intentions that will help see us through the ups and downs of 2021.
The teachers for New Years Day Yoga & Meditation, 2021
The meditation will be led by Jake Dartingotn who has been teaching since 2007. Jake has led many retreats over the New Year and sees this as a helpful time for spiritual reflection. Jasminder who’s been teaching since 2003 will lead the yoga, relaxation and mantra parts of the workshops. For Jasminder, yoga and meditation have always been ways of marking the New Year with a sense of peace and renewal.
