One night Yoga and Mindfulness retreat
This restful and restorative retreat at Champneys Springs and is a little different to the usual retreats we run. Every now and then a little bit of pampering and indulgence is just what the mind and body needs. With plenty of time to relax, take a dip in the pool, or have a sauna. There’s the possibility of outdoor Yoga, weather permitting. The sessions are suitable for all levels and everyone is welcome.

Some further details
Arrival is anytime from 10.00am (your room is available from 2pm). The first Yoga and Mindfulness session begins Saturday 12pm. The final session is Sunday at 1.15pm, followed by lunch. Departure is 4.00pm Sunday 15th July 2018.
The One night Yoga retreat includes:
- 1 Nights’ Accommodation (single or double occupancy)
- Yoga and Mindfulness Sessions (x 5) – first session begins 12pm Saturday!
- Support and guidance offered by both teachers.
- Three course evening meal and a healthy buffet breakfast.
- Two x three course buffet lunch. All dietary requirements are catered for.
