Rebalancing the nervous system Kriya Yoga workshop, a special winter session with Jasmine Sodhi.
We all feel the need to take a little time out for self-care from time to time. As winter approaches and we enjoy preparing for the season of celebration. The getting together with friends and family. This often means we have more things to ‘do’ and our time to really care for ourselves may feel squeezed.
This Kriya workshop provides an opportunity to spend time to rebalance the nervous system and feel uplifted through yoga postures (asana), tuning into our breath and synchronizing gentle movement with the breath, pranayama (reenergizing our life force energy through breathing techniques), guided relaxation (Shavasana) meditation and chanting.
So if you’re ready to take a break and give yourself the gift of time and space for a journey of self-nurture we would love to see you on Sunday 27th November 3 pm-5 pm. The workshop is suitable for beginners. Light refreshments are included.
About the teacher and how to book
Jasmine was introduced to pranayama and mantras in 2009 when she found her way to kundalini yoga. She is a passionate yoga teacher and combines kriyas and mantras into her day-to-day life which compliments her Sikh faith. A teacher of children’s kundalini yoga since 2017 Jasmine completed her 200 hours of Hatha training with Bahia Yoga.
The workshop is £25 per person and runs in-person only. There’s a 30% discount for the BIPOC community, and 20% discount for NUS Students and people on a reduced income – please contact us directly for the discount code.
Cancellation policy for workshops:
A refund (minus a 20% admin fee) will be made for cancellations made more than six weeks before the start date. For cancellations, less than six weeks before the workshop there will be no refunds or transfers. Please contact us if you have any queries.
