Dates and details:
Spring 2019 – Valencia Yoga Retreat – begins Saturday 4th May to Tuesday 7th May, 2019.
Our yoga retreat location has been created within a homemade setting by its owners. The bungalow comprises of six bedrooms, (four of these rooms come with en-suite) with a lounge and kitchen area. Delicious gourmet vegetarian meals are served on the spacious covered terrace, which overlooks the pool and orange grove.
Rustic, comfy and very reasonably priced too, our sixth year back to this tranquil place in Valencia, Spain. The venue is called The Orange Tree, and approximately 20 minutes from the airport (by car). There is an indoor and outdoor Yoga space. A purpose built Yoga studio, and the scenic decking area for outdoor Yoga (overlooking the pool).
Yoga and meditation
The yoga retreat will include twice daily yoga and meditation classes with Jasmin and Jake, on the outside decking, or inside the yoga shala, set in a quiet spot with views of the rural countryside. Morning practice takes place while brunch is prepared. This is a yoga retreat best suited to people who want to be immersed in their yoga practice, with two experienced teachers in a remote countryside location.
Between classes enjoy the swimming pool, laying in the hammock, picking fresh oranges, or walking in the countryside, or enjoying an extra session on mindfulness with Jake.
During your retreat there is an optional mini day trip to Valencia, via the metro to explore the local sites and a visit to the beach.
