Spring Weekday Yoga Teacher Training

We have a brand new spring weekday teacher training course that begins March 2021, running once a month on a Thursday and Friday. The official start date is April, and prior to this you have pre-recorded assignments to complete before we meet in person at the studio. The training offers a recognised qualification: 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified (RYT-200) which enables you to teach yoga to groups, in-person, private sessions, at home, or in professional settings.

Yoga Teacher Training Fees

The prices for the teacher training will remain at £2,950 throughout the year, and monthly payment plans are available for each person. Our school will be open for in-person training from March onwards.  Course fees: Start at £200 per month

The training course is applied yoga, how yoga can influence and impact your day-to-day life and the local community. The skills you learn to go beyond teaching yoga, from business skills to self-development, to building a regular practice of asana, meditation, and breathwork. In addition to the core curriculum, we offer training on diversity and difference, how to teach yoga to the wider population, communities, as well how to lead face-to-face and online yoga classes. During the course, trainees have the opportunity to volunteer and teach donation-based sessions in-person and online for local charities.

The course is run by Jasminder Bahia and Jake Dartington, with over 10 years of experience running 200 hours of teacher training. The course is updated each year and offers a good balance between traditional and contemporary styles of yoga. The course enables students to become confident and skilled teachers, with monthly mentoring sessions with the course leader and mentors.
