Yoga, Chocolate Meditation and Wellbeing

We are partnering with Ottar Chocolate to bring you an indulgent evening of yoga, chocolate, meditation and wellbeing. Come and join us for this special evening.

Start your evening with a Ottar cocoa shell tea then relax into a Yoga class. Jasmin will lead the Yoga and teach you poses to aid your immune and digestive system. Towards the end of the class we are offering everyone the experience of Chocolate Meditation!

Timings
18.15 to 18.30 – Settling into the session with tea.
18.30 to 19.15 – Vinyasa practice – asana (yoga poses) for the digestive system.
19.15 to 19.30 – Chocolate meditation.
19.30 to 19.45 –  Wellbeing talk and Q&A – and goodie bags.

Shelly is the Head Chocolatier at the award winning Ottar Chocolate based in Nottinghamshire. She is supplying the chocolate for the chocolate meditation, using British bean to bar chocolate by Pump St Bakery in Suffolk. She is giving a talk on the health benefits of chocolate. “Chocolate is so very high in polyphenols, flavonoids, etc – plus the ferment properties, so this makes it work wonders for the gut – which when working effectively affects a calm mind and body. It’s right up there with sourdough, raw dairy, kefir, etc.” – Shelly.

Our event is in collaboration with Ottar Chocolate and Sweaty Betty, there’s a goodie bag containing vouchers and more for each attendee.

The yoga class is open to all levels of experience. Arrivals from 6pm, please stay for the full event, partial attendance is not possible. Please book online in advance – . tickets £11 each .

If you have a chocolate allergy, you are welcome to simply take part in the meditation at the end of the class.
