Please book in advance before attending a class at Bahia Yoga.
We offer a variety of yoga classes, both in-person and online, to suit your needs and lifestyle. During the winter months, we’re focusing on online sessions while transitioning and creating our new timetables.
Our online offerings include live-streamed in-studio classes, Yoga Nidra sessions, and special one-off events. You can book these easily through our booking system.
Whether you prefer practicing in-person or online, our classes are designed to provide a supportive and inclusive space for everyone.

ONLINE – Bi-monthly Hatha Dynamic Yoga 6.30pm to 7.30pm
The class offers postural yoga (asana) movements combined with pranayama (breathing techniques) with a flowing style of postural movements. There will be some simple guided meditation, and savasana (relaxation). The aim of this class is to help you release mental and physical fatigue, and feel more balanced. -
ONLINE: 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm Hatha Yoga
A mindfully paced Hatha Yoga class based on flowing movements with a guided relaxation and pranayama (breath-work) focus, suitable for all levels of experience. Click here for class credits

Online: 6 pm to 7.15 pm Yoga & Relaxation –
A mindfully paced Yoga class-based, suitable for beginners and beyond focussing on classical postures, and simple flowing movements with a focus on a longer guided relaxation (Svasana).

ONLINE: 7.30 am to 8am Meditation
Simple pranayama (sometimes known as breathing techniques) and a few tips to help you deepen your meditation practice. Our focus is on creating a calm and focused environment, and involves longer periods of silent practice. Occasional guidance on visualisation, and restful practices to help soothe the nervous system will also be offered.
ONLINE: 7 pm to 8 pm Hatha Dynamic Yoga with Karen
A classical yoga class, with strengthening asanas. This class offers a steady-paced flowing sequence, with time for meditation and relaxation. Suitable for experienced students, or people who have been attending sessions for a few months. Please check the studio timetable as there are a couple of dates the class won’t be running.

Simple pranayama (sometimes known as breathing techniques) and simple guidance to help you deepen your meditation practice. Our focus is on creating a calm and focused environment, and involves longer periods of silent practice. Occasional guidance on visualisation, and restful practices to help soothe the nervous system will also be offered.

ONLINE: 10 am to 11.00 am Hatha Yoga with Meditation – Paula
Covering the basic classical standing and seated poses, with an emphasis on learning how to focus on breathing and flow into and out of yoga asanas (poses). Expect mindful cues and guidance on alignment and postural awareness. Open to mixed levels of experience, the practice is adapted for different abilities.

Accessible Yoga
We welcome all members of the community to our classes. Please note that our in-person classes have limited accessibility due to our building having steps and not being wheelchair accessible. However, we offer online meditation and pranayama classes that can be accessed from your home or workplace. We encourage pregnant students to join our online meditation and pranayama classes, as they are safe and beneficial during pregnancy. Please be aware that we do not currently offer specific pregnancy yoga (postural/asana) classes. Please get in touch if you have any queries about our classes.
