We offer a variety of yoga classes, both in-person and online yoga classes, to meet your unique needs and lifestyle. Currently, we’re focusing on online yoga sessions while transitioning and updating our timetables.
Our online offerings include live-streamed in-studio yoga classes, Yoga Nidra sessions for relaxation and healing, and special yoga events. Easily book these sessions through our convenient booking system.
Whether you prefer to practice in-person yoga or online yoga, our classes are designed to provide a supportive, inclusive space for all practitioners.

Sunday Morning Practice with Jasminder (Online)
Sundays
9.15am – 10.30amThis online class offers a steady yoga practice grounded in the principles of Hatha Yoga. The sessions include strengthening, balancing, release, and movement to help ease physical tension and cultivate balance and steadiness in the body.
With pranayama and meditation, alongside simple guidance drawing from yogic philosophy and practice.
The emphasis is on developing awareness, strength, and a sustainable personal practice rather than acrobatic or performance-based asanas.
The class is suitable for practitioners who already have some sense of both traditional and contemporary yoga practice. Beginners are welcome to email in advance if they would like to check whether the class may be appropriate for them.
The approach is informed by trauma-aware principles and care for the nervous system. However, the class is not intended as a substitute for therapy.
Fee: £15 per session
Reduced rate: £10 for those on a lower income -

Accessibility
This class takes place online and can be accessed from your home or workplace.
The practice is informed by trauma-aware principles and care for the nervous system. The class is intended as a supportive space for practice and reflection, though it is not a substitute for therapy.
We welcome all members of the community to our classes. Please note that our in-person classes have limited accessibility due to our building having steps and not being wheelchair accessible. However, we offer online meditation and pranayama classes that can be accessed from your home or workplace.
We encourage pregnant students to join our online meditation and pranayama classes, as they are safe and beneficial during pregnancy. Please be aware that we do not currently offer specific pregnancy yoga (postural/asana) classes. Please get in touch if you have any queries about our classes.
