New Year’s Day Yoga Nidra and Winter’s Rest Practice
Online New Year’s Day Yoga Nidra and Winter’s Rest Practice: 6:00–7:30 PM (90 minutes)
Join Jasminder live from the comfort of your home for a special New Year’s Day online yoga session. This 90-minute experiential and guided practice will include simple, grounding movements and reflections on how yoga can support rest and balance. Together, we’ll explore ways to reconnect with your body and breath as we step slowly into 2025.
Bring your notepad or journal, a cuppa tea, and anything to help you feel cosy—socks, blankets, or cushions—as we create a space to pause and unwind.
The session will close with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra practice, offering time to reflect and reset for the year ahead, supporting your well-being and nervous system regulation.
