How will I be able to apply this learning?

The course is designed to be interactive and will help to build a solid foundation of applied Yoga. Learn to apply practical skills to your day-to-day life, from journaling, self-practice and study, meditation, pranayama, and skills for relaxation.

Will I gain a certificate?

Yes, students gain a certificate provided they have attended the full course. And completed the mini assignments and self-practice modules, and developed their yoga and meditation practices. The course is not a teaching qualification. However, it does provide an excellent framework for those wishing to deepen their studies and practice of Yoga. It serves as an ideal stepping stone towards further training.
