This weekday course is a great way of getting ready for your Yoga teacher training journey, whilst still having time for family and work commitments. You’ll be meeting with us to practice your skills and explore teacher training over two days – Thursday and Friday. The course runs monthly so you can fit this into your schedule.

— Yoga History and Traditions
— Yoga Techniques, Sequencing, and Alignment
— Meditation, Mantras, and Mudra
— Kriyas, Bandhas, Chakras, and Pranayama
— Teaching Methodology, Philosophy, and Ethics
— Anatomy & Physiology, Healthy movement
— How to teach beginners and start teaching the public
— Cultural Appropriation, and Cultural Appreciation
— Making Yoga Accessible to diverse members of the Community 

Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is a structured but flexible course that provides excellent preparation for starting your teaching journey You will develop strong foundational knowledge and skills, enabling you to gain confidence in communication and teaching skills. You will learn how to teach the whole body, including both physical postures and their energetic aspects – breath, meditation, relaxation, and anatomy – allowing you to create a complete holistic experience for your students.

Our Yoga Teacher Training Weekday course is a recognised qualification and provides a non-dogmatic, comprehensive, and accessible learning style. The course is presented and delivered by our experienced teachers. You have access to regular ongoing support and input from mentors. You’ll have access to an open and inclusive learning environment.  A place that’s safe, accessible, and fun – creating the right conditions to learn Yoga.



Who is the weekday yoga teacher training course for?

If you’ve always wanted to learn more about Yoga but didn’t want to commit to weekends, this is the perfect programme for you. This teacher training programme is available from Thursday to Friday only, so it’s ideal for someone who has the flexibility to commit to two days per month. Ideal for someone who wishes to absorb the course learning over a 10-month period.

  • The course fees will remain at the reduced rate of £2,950 during 2023 – This is the full fee.
    The fees include the training manual, all tuition and examination fees, certificates, and ongoing mentoring.

  • We offer scholarship places that offer a 30% discount for Black, Asian, and People of Colour Communities and for other underrepresented groups. *Underrepresented groups are non-dominant groups such as people of colour; people with disabilities; people from a lower socioeconomic status; LGBTQ+ community. The fee is payable over 10 months (£206 per month). Please note payments for installment plans need to begin at least two months prior to the course start date.
