Welcome to our in-person and online sessions. Classes run either as a single class pass, or 5 and 10 class pass options, which you can buy directly online.  If you have any queries please get in touch, we will be happy to help.

IN-PERSON: 6 pm to 7 pm Ashtanga Yoga Slow and Steady for all levels with Jasminder

This is a slow, strong yet steady paced class focussing on some of the Ashtanga based sequences. Spending some time focussing on the postures, adapting and modifying the practice to suit your body and ability. The class offers pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and savasana (relaxation). The aim of this class is to help you destress, release mental and physical fatigue and feel healthier.

Begins Monday 27 September. No class on Monday 11 October. 

 Online: 6 pm to 7 pm Hatha Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Level 1 to 2) with Carrie

This is a class designed to increase your flexibility and help you with building strength and stamina through a gentle flow. This class is also suited to beginners and also suitable for all bodies and ages.

Online: 6 pm to 7 pm Hatha Yoga (Level 1 to 2) with Suzanne

A mindfully paced Hatha Yoga class based on flowing movements with a guided relaxation.

Mindful challenges with strethening asanas, flowing sequences, with time for meditation and relaxation.

In-person and Online: 12.00 pm to 1.00 pm Lunchtime Yoga  (Monthly)

A nourishing lunchtime session with a thoughtful attitude to add a spring to your step as you return to work post Yoga. Open to mixed levels including beginners.  Single Class pass or buy a 5 or 10 multi-class pass: Click here for class credits



In-person and Online:  10 am to 11 am Hatha Yoga Flow (Level 1 to 2) with Geeta

 Covering the basic classical standing and seated poses, with an emphasis on learning how to breathe and flow into poses with alignment tips. Open to mixed levels of experience, including beginners.

In-Person and Online: 10 am to 11.00 am Hatha Yoga (Level 1 to 2)  with Paula

A mindful-paced class focussing on Hatha Yoga postures, with simple flows to help stretch and strengthen the body. includes relaxation, savasana, and simple guided breathwork. Suitable for beginners.

Online: 10 am to 11.00 am Dynamic Yoga Flow  (Level 1) with Neda

These classes are general yoga classes. There is a huge diversity in styles within the yoga tradition, and the style of the
class will be directed by the teacher. This class is suitable for beginners and those with less experience of yoga with all different abilities.

Class levels explained

Level 1 — New to Yoga, a beginner Yoga student this one’s for you  (suitable for pregnant students)*
Level 2 — Confident and able to move through the basic poses then try level two.
Level 3 — Been doing Yoga for more than 18 to 24 months? This is for you.
All levels For mixed levels including beginners to more experienced students.

*Classes that are suitable during pregnancy are led by Director Jasminder, or Jasmine please check in advance.


From May 2021, we will still continue to offer our classes live online with various membership options. This will allow people to make their own decisions about returning to the studio for in-person classes. There are three different class options to choose from via the booking system.

1 – In-person classes with limited numbers, in compliance with the latest distancing guidelines
2 – Live streamed in-studio classes (join an in-studio class – limited options) 
3 – Join our existing online classes (taught from the teachers’ homes)

10 Class Pass £75 

Multiple Class Passes are valid for both online and in-person at the studio. A booking fee applies each time you choose to attend in person. This works out to approximately £85 for a 10 class pass or £47.50 for a 5 class pass. During this transition phase, it allows people to switch between in-person and online classes. We will gradually introduce separate online and in-person memberships. However, from 29 May to 29 June the prices will remain as listed. This gives us time to review classes and see how comfortable everyone is returning to the studio. Please see our updated Covid-19 Policy for in-person classes.
