Welcome to our studio and online sessions. Classes run either as a single class, or 5 and 10 class pass options, which you can buy direct online.  If you have any queries please get in touch, we will be happy to help.

Online: 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm Beginners Yoga & Meditation with Jasmine

Monday  Mellow Yoga –  you’ll have time to relax and switch off too, with plenty of medication and a mindful pace for beginners. All levels are welcome.

 

 

Online: 6 pm to 7 pm Hatha Yoga (Level 1 to 2) with Suzanne

A mindfully paced Hatha Yoga class based on flowing movements with a guided relaxation.

5.30 pm to 6.30pm  Yoga & Meditation for Beginners – ON HOLD

Covering the basics and beyond of Yoga, from standing, seated, simple twists and bringing awareness to mind, body, breath and movement. Perfect class for beginners. This class is also suitable for students who are pregnant. This class will resume when the studio re-opens in 2021.

Online Class: 7 pm to 8 pm Dynamic Yoga  – Level 2 to 3  with Caroline

Mindful challenges with stronger asanas, flowing sequences, with time for meditation and relaxation. Not for beginners.

Online Class: 9.45 am to 11 am Dynamic Vinyasa Flow (Level 2) with Neda  

A dynamic flowing style of yoga, harmonising breath and movement to bring strength, grace and freedom to the body and the mind.
Vinyasa Flow can either be slow or dynamic depending on the style of the teacher. The open class is suitable for advanced beginners and upwards, with options for those who like to try more advanced poses.

Online: 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm Lunchtime Yoga  (All levels) – ON HOLD

A nourishing lunchtime session with a thoughtful attitude to add a spring in your step as you return to work post Yoga. Open to mixed levels including beginners.

Online: 10 am to 11 am Hatha Yoga Flow (Level 1 to 2) with Geeta 

Covering the basic classical standing and seated poses, with an emphasis on learning how to breathe and flow into poses with alignment tips. Open to mixed levels of experience, including beginners.

Online: 10 am to 11.00 am Hatha Yoga Flow  (Level 1) with Neda

These classes are general yoga classes. There is a huge diversity in styles within the yoga tradition, and the style of the
class will be directed by the teacher. This class is suitable for beginners and those with less experience of yoga with all different abilities.

Yoga Nidra Sunday Series January 2021

Running online and everyone is welcome to attend. Yoga Nidra is a form of awareness and guided meditation.  It helps reduce physical and mental tension. Yoga Nidra can be practised laying down or on a chair and is accessible for all. 

Sunday 10 January and Sunday 14 February 2021 
3.30 pm to 5.30 pm – Open to all levels of experience, including beginners. 
Booking fees: £45 for the full online course or £25 for a single session.  

12-Month  Weekday Teacher Training March 2021 to February 2022

This weekday only course runs Thursday and Fridays.

The dates for our next 200 hour Yoga teacher training for 2021 / 2022 are now available. With the outbreak of Covid-19, we have been thinking about how to continue the same high standard and quality for our 200-hour training.  Our studio in Nottingham City Centre can enable social distancing comfortably, we have enough space to keep students and teachers two meters apart. 

 

 

Class levels explained

Level 1 — New to Yoga, a beginner Yoga student this one’s for you  (suitable for pregnant students)*
Level 2 — Confident and able to move through the basic poses then try level two.
Level 3 — Been doing Yoga for more than 18 to 24 months? This is for you.
All levels For mixed levels including beginners to more experienced students.

*Classes that are suitable during pregnancy are with Bhavna or Jasmin – please email to check in times and availability.

Fees

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we still continue to offer our classes live online with various membership options. This will allow people to make their own decisions about returning to the studio. There’s three different class options to choose from via the booking system.

1 – Live studio classes with limited numbers, in compliance with the latest distancing guidelines
2 – Live streamed in-studio classes (join an in studio class)
3 – Join our existing online classes (taught from the teachers’ homes)

Monthly Memberships are rolling memberships* and entitles you to a set number of classes per month. Membership is an ongoing monthly membership, and will be debited from your account each month on the same date as the class pass is purchased. Monthly memberships must be held for a minimum of three months before they can be cancelled. Please write to us to cancel your membership providing 14 days notice. All class bookings must be made in advance.
