Welcome to some of the friendliest and accessible Yoga classes in Nottingham. Our classes run either as a single class, or 5 and 10 class pass options, which you can buy direct online.  If you have any queries please get in touch, we will be happy to help.

A dynamic yet mindful paced flowing style of Yoga to build up strength, stamina and flexibility. For mixed levels of experience, including beginners.

A class based on the Ashtanga Series and Classical Hatha Yoga, a slow steady paced class with some mindful challenges with extra time added for relaxation. –

A mindfully paced Hatha Yoga class based on flowing movements with a guided relaxation.

Online: 5.30pm to 6.30pm Hatha Yoga & Meditation for Beginners (Level 1) with Jasmin

Covering the basics and beyond of Yoga, from standing, seated, simple twists and bringing an awareness to mind, body, breath and movement. Perfect class for beginners.

Online: 7pm to 8.15pm Dynamic Yoga & Meditation (Level 2 to 3) with Jasmin

This class is suitable for anyone practising Yoga longer than 18 months. Not just about the physical side of Yoga, you’ll have some meditation, chanting and deep relaxation time too. Not suitable for beginners. This class is only open to regular students who have been attending classes at the studio for 12 months or longer.

Online: 7.30am to 8.30am Early Morning Yoga with Jasmin 

Early Morning Yoga Class for all levels. 

Online: 10am to 11.155am  Yoga for all – Begins May 2020 

A 90 minute class suitable most levels of ability. With a focus on alignment and working steadily through postures, focussing on simple pranayama and relaxation techniques, with expert guidance on anatomy and postural awareness.

6pm to 7.15pm Hatha Yoga Flow (Level 1 to 2) with Suzanne  

The  Hatha Flow Yoga poses will aim to bring stillness, strength and calmness into your body and mindOpen to mixed levels of experience, including beginners.

8.30pm to 9pm Bedtime Yoga – BreathWork and Yoga Nidra with Jasmin

£5 per class, some memberships include two free classes per month. These sessions are free to NHS members. 

 

Online: 12.30pm  to 1.30pm  Lunchtime Yoga  (All levels) 

A nourishing  lunchtime session with a thoughtful attitude to add a spring in your step as you return to work post Yoga. Open to mixed levels including beginners.

Online: 9.30am to 10.30am Hatha Yoga Flow (Level 1 to 2) with Geeta 

Covering the basic classical standing and seated poses, with an emphasis on learning how to breathe and flow into poses with alignment tips. Open to mixed levels of experience, including beginners. (Note during events and training days this class time will change see below).

An invigorating and cleansing Sunday morning class for more experienced Yogis inspired by Sivananda, Yin and Classical Yoga. Covering meditation, pranayama, asana, relaxation and linking into Yoga philosophy.

Class levels explained

Level 1 — New to Yoga, a beginner Yoga student this one’s for you –
Level 2 — Confident and able to move through the basic poses then try level two.
Level 3 — Been doing Yoga for more than 18 to 24 months? This is for you.
All levels For mixed levels including beginners to more experienced students.

Note our classes are not suitable during pregnancy.

£15 Yoga Events – Valid for 8 weeks for one-off monthly sessions 

Multiple Class Pass

Monthly Memberships – Direct Debit
1 Single Class Per week £35 – Bills once a month*
10 Classes Per month £65 – Bills once a month*

Note due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are now running all our classes live online  all member options include free bonus classes.

Monthly Memberships are rolling memberships* and entitles you to a set number of classes per month. Membership is an ongoing monthly membership, and will be debited from your account each month on the same date as the class pass is purchased. Monthly memberships must be held for a minimum of two months before they can be cancelled. Please write to us to cancel your membership providing 14 days notice. All class bookings must be made in advance.
