7.30am to 8.15am Hatha Yoga Breakfast Club (All levels) Jenny
45 minute uplifting and soothing Yoga class – An optional breakfast and hot drink is available for students (fees apply).
10am to 11am Hatha Yoga Flow for Beginners (Level 1) with Vicky
Monday Morning Mellow Yoga – with clear guidance and options available and you’ll have time to relax and switch off too.
12.30pm to 1.30pm New Course 25th February 2019 – Women’s Wellness with Lee-ann
An adapted session focussing on pregnancy, fertility and creativity, suitable for all women, and for anyone who is 16 weeks pregnant or over. This class runs term time only. No classes on during school holidays.
5.15pm to 6.15pm Ashtanga Yoga (Level 1 to 2) with Jasmin
If you are keen to find a flowing style of Yoga that challenges you physically and mentally and wish to build up strength, stamina and flexibility pretty quickly this dynamic style of Yoga is for you. Open to mixed levels of experience, including beginners. Limited classes during school term time – due to the school holidays.
6.45pm to 9.15pm – 8 week Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) with Jake

1.45pm to 4.15pm – 8 week course on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) with Jake
Begins on Tuesday afternoon January 15th, 2019. For queries and bookings please contact Nottingham Mindfulness.
5.45pm to 6.45pm Level 1 Beginners Class with Nikki
Suitable for anyone new to Yoga, or if you’d like to revisit the basics again.
7pm to 8pm Hatha Yoga (Level 1 to 2) with Nikki
A mindfully paced Hatha Yoga class based on flowing movements with a guided relaxation.
6pm to 7pm Hatha Yoga for Beginners (Level 1) with Vicky
Covering the basics and beyond of Yoga, from standing, seated, simple twists and bringing an awareness to mind, body, breath and movement. Perfect class for beginners.
7.30pm to 8.30pm Dynamic Yoga (Level 2 to 3) with Jatta
This class is suitable for anyone practising Yoga longer than 18 months. Not just about the physical side of Yoga, you’ll have some meditation, chanting and deep relaxation time too. Not for beginners.
10am to 11.30am Hatha Yoga for all with Chris
A 90 minute class suitable most levels of ability. With a focus on alignment and working steadily through postures, focussing on simple pranayama and relaxation techniques.
6pm to 7.30pm Meditation with Jake
A 90 minute class focussing on meditation practice and techniques. This class is suitable for people who have been practising meditation regularly for 12 months or longer. The class will include some guidance and talks on meditation and philosophy. No class on Thursday 25th October, 2018.
7.45pm to 8.45pm Hatha Vinyasa Flow (Level 1 to 2) with Jatta
The Vinyasa Hatha Flow Yoga poses will aim to bring stillness, strength and calmness into your body and mind. Open to mixed levels of experience, including beginners.
12.30pm to 1.15pm Lunchtime Yoga (All levels) – with Bhavna
A nourishing 45 lunchtime session with a thoughtful attitude to add a spring in your step as you return to work post Yoga. Open to mixed levels including beginners.
6pm to 7pm Hatha Yoga (Level 1 to 2 ) with Jo
A grounding and soothing Friday evening Hatha Yoga class for mixed levels of ability. Open to mixed levels of experience, including beginners.
9.30am to 10.30am Hatha Yoga Flow (Level 1 to 2) with Jatta
Covering the basic classical standing and seated poses, with an emphasis on learning how to breathe and flow into poses with alignment tips. Open to mixed levels of experience, including beginners. (Note during events and training days this class time changes to 12.30pm)
9.30am to 10.45am Hatha Yoga Flow (Level 2) with Jasmin
An invigorating and cleansing Sunday morning class for more experienced Yogis. Covering meditation, pranayama, asana, relaxation and linking into Yoga philosophy. Not for beginners. During teacher training dates and courses this class might not run. Limited classes during school term time – due to the school holidays.
6pm to 7pm Hatha Yoga (Level 1 to 2) with Sam
An uplifting Yoga class covering all the basics and beyonds. Open to mixed levels of experience, including beginners. Note during training days this class time begins 6.15pm, please check the timetable for times and updates.
Yoga Breakfast and Cooking Workshop: 9am to 12.30pm on Saturday 26th January, 2019
Yoga class followed by breakfast, and cooking. Enjoy a nourishing and soothing Yoga class to aid relaxation and soothe digestion. After class there’s time eat some freshly prepared breakfast – you’ll then have a chance to create three special breakfast dishes with the talented Beth from Kiosk. Class levels explained
Level 1 — New to Yoga, a beginner Yoga student this one’s for you –
Level 2 — Confident and able to move through the basic poses then try level two.
Level 3 — Been doing Yoga for more than 18 to 24 months? This is for you.
£11 Single Class Pass – valid for most classes except Beginners evening Yoga
£8 Class Pass – valid for Friday Lunchtime Yoga and 10am Beginners (Monday morning)
5 Class Pass £42 – Valid for 6 weeks from registration
10 Class Pass £70 – Valid for 12 weeks from registration
12 Class Pass £60 – Valid until 26th March, 2019 (valid for 60 minute classes)
