Please book before attending a class at Bahia Yoga. Most of our Yoga classes in Nottingham, run either as a single class pass or 5 and 10 class pass options, which you can buy direct online.  If you have any queries please get in touch, we will be happy to help.

Monday

10am  to 11am Hatha Yoga Flow for Beginners (Level 1) with Pat
Monday Morning Mellow Yoga- with clear guidance and options available and you’ll have time to relax and switch off too.

5.15pm to 6.15pm Ashtanga Yoga  (Level 1 to 2) with Jasmin
If you are keen to find a flowing style of Yoga that challenges you physically and mentally and wish to build up strength, stamina and flexibility pretty quickly this dynamic style of Yoga is for you. Open to mixed levels of experience, including beginners.

Tuesday

5pm to 6.30pm Meditation with Jake
Insight Meditation is the traditional inspiration behind contemporary mindfulness-based therapies and methods. These sessions are not suitable for beginners. To book for these sessions please get in touch with Jake directly here.

7pm to 8pm Hatha Yoga (Level 1 to 2) with Nikki
A mindfully paced Hatha Yoga class based on flowing movements with a guided relaxation.  Beginners welcome.

Wednesday

7am to 8am Morning Yoga Flow  (All levels) with Lisa – NEW LAUNCH DATE
A morning vinyasa flow practice with simple dynamic and grounding sequences. Open to mixed levels of experience, including beginners. New class –  This class is relaunching late May 2018

6pm to 7pm Hatha Yoga for Beginners (Level 1) with Jasmin
Covering the basics and beyond of Yoga, from standing, seated, simple twists and bringing an awareness to mind, body, breath and movement. Perfect class for beginners.

7.30pm to 8.30pm Dynamic Yoga (Level 2 to 3)
This class is suitable for anyone practising Yoga longer than 18 months. Not just about the physical side of Yoga, you’ll have some meditation, chanting and deep relaxation time too. Not for beginners.

Thursday

6.30pm to 7.30pm Hatha Yoga (Level  2 to 3)  with Lou
An ideal class if you’ve been doing Yoga for 12 months onwards, helps to build gradual physical strength, stamina and stability in posture (asana) and stillness of mind and body through breathing exercises (pranayama techniques). Not for beginners.

7.45pm to 8.45pm Hatha Vinyasa Flow (Level 1 to 2) with Jatta
The Vinyasa Hatha Flow Yoga poses will aim to bring stillness, strength and calmness into your body and mindOpen to mixed levels of experience, including beginners. (No classes on 29th March, 5th April or 12th April 2018).

Friday

12.30 to 1.15pm  Lunchtime Yoga  (All levels) – with Anneli
A nourishing lunchtime sessions with a thoughtful attitude to add a spring in your step as you return to work post Yoga. Open to mixed levels including beginners.

6pm to 7pm  Hatha Yoga  (Level 1 to 2 )
A grounding and soothing Friday evening Hatha Yoga class for mixed levels of ability. Open to mixed levels of experience, including beginners.

Saturday

9.30am to 10.30am Hatha Yoga Flow (Level 1 to 2) with Jatta
Covering the basic classical standing and seated poses, with an emphasis on learning how to breathe and flow into poses with alignment tips. Open to mixed levels of experience, including beginners. (Note during events and training days this class time changes to a later slot)

9.30am to 12pm Yoga Brunch Party – One year Anniversary Event.
Saturday 2nd June, 2018 Led by Jasmin £25 per person.
Open to mixed levels of experience, including beginners.

Sunday

9.30am to 10.40am Hatha Yoga Flow  (Level 2) with Jasmin
An invigorating and cleansing Sunday morning class for more experienced Yogis. Covering meditation, pranayama, asana, relaxation and linking into Yoga philosophy. Not for beginners.

6pm to 7pm Hatha Yoga (Level 1 to 2) with Sam – new class first date 8th April
An uplifting Yoga class covering all the basics and beyonds. Open to mixed levels of experience, including beginners.

6.15 to 7.15pm Sunday Series  (for all levels)  Next course TBC.

Class Levels explained

Level 1 — New to Yoga, a beginner Yoga student this one’s for you –
Level 2 — Confident and able to move through the basic poses then try level two.
Level 3 — Been doing Yoga for more than 18 to 24 months? This is for you.

Fees

5 Class Pass £42 – Valid for 6 weeks from registration
This class pass is valid for any 5 of the following classes:

10 Class Pass £70 – Valid for 12 weeks from registration
This class pass is valid for any 10 of the following classes:
