Welcome to our online platform for Yoga classes. Classes run either as a single class, or 5 and 10 class pass options, which you can buy direct online.  If you have any queries please get in touch, we will be happy to help.

Note: 10.30  to 11.30am Hatha Yoga & Meditation – Currently on hold

Monday Morning Mellow Yoga – with clear guidance and options available and you’ll have time to relax and switch off too.
This class is also suitable for students who are pregnant. This class will resume when the studio re-opens in summer 2020.

Note: 5pm to 6.15pm Ashtanga Yoga & Meditation – Level 1 with Jasmin – Currently on hold

A dynamic yet mindful paced flowing style of Yoga to build up strength, stamina and flexibility. For mixed levels of experience, including beginners. This class will resume when the studio re-opens in summer 2020.

Online: 6.30pm to 7.45pm Dynamic Yoga & Meditation – Level 2 to 3 with Caroline

A class based on the Ashtanga Series and Classical Hatha Yoga, a slow steady paced class with some mindful challenges with extra time added for relaxation. – No class on Monday 29 June, 2020.

Online: 8 week Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) with Jake – Autumn 2020

Online: 6pm to 7pm Hatha Yoga (Level 1 to 2) with Suzanne

A mindfully paced Hatha Yoga class based on flowing movements with a guided relaxation.

Covering the basics and beyond of Yoga, from standing, seated, simple twists and bringing an awareness to mind, body, breath and movement. Perfect class for beginners. This class is also suitable for students who are pregnant. This class will resume when the studio re-opens in summer 2020.

Online: 7pm to 8pm  Dynamic Yoga  – Level 2 to 3  with Caroline

A class with mindful challenges with stronger asanas, flowing sequences, with time for meditation and relaxation time too. Not suitable for complete beginners.

Online: 8.30am to 9.30am Morning Yoga 

Early Morning Yoga Class for all levels. 

Note: 10am to 11.15am  Slow, Steady Functional Yoga for all – On hold

A 90 minute class suitable most levels of ability. With a focus on alignment and working steadily through postures, focussing on simple pranayama and relaxation techniques, with expert guidance on anatomy and postural awareness. This class will resume when the studio re-opens in summer 2020.

The  Hatha Flow Yoga poses will aim to bring stillness, strength and calmness into your body and mindOpen to mixed levels of experience, including beginners.

8.30pm to 9pm Bedtime Yoga – BreathWork and Yoga Nidra with Jasmin

£5 per class, some memberships include two free classes per month. These sessions are free to NHS members. Runs every two weeks. Check the timetable for class listings. 

 

Online: 12.30pm  to 1.30pm  Lunchtime Yoga  (All levels) 

A nourishing  lunchtime session with a thoughtful attitude to add a spring in your step as you return to work post Yoga. Open to mixed levels including beginners.

Online: 9.30am to 10.30am Hatha Yoga Flow (Level 1 to 2) with Geeta 

Covering the basic classical standing and seated poses, with an emphasis on learning how to breathe and flow into poses with alignment tips. Open to mixed levels of experience, including beginners. (Note during events and training days this class time will change see below).

*Saturday July 11 – this class will run 10am to 11.15am.

An invigorating and cleansing Sunday morning class for more experienced Yogis inspired by Sivananda, Yin and Classical Yoga. Covering meditation, pranayama, asana, relaxation and linking into Yoga philosophy.

Sunday Series: Online: Yoga of Breathing

This Sunday Series workshop on the Yoga of Breathing begins with an explanation of prana. It looks at what impacts breathing, and what contributes to inefficient breathing. Begins with with a guided practice and an introduction to prana. And how to develop a daily practice.

Class levels explained

Level 1 — New to Yoga, a beginner Yoga student this one’s for you  (suitable for pregnant students)*
Level 2 — Confident and able to move through the basic poses then try level two.
Level 3 — Been doing Yoga for more than 18 to 24 months? This is for you.
All levels For mixed levels including beginners to more experienced students.

*Classes that are suitable during pregnancy are run by Jasmin – please email to check in times and availability.

Fees

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we still continue to offer our classes live online with various membership options:

Monthly Class Pass and Single Class Pass Valid for 3 months from date of purchase

Monthly Memberships – Direct Debit
6 Classes per month £35 – Bills once a month*

Monthly Memberships are rolling memberships* and entitles you to a set number of classes per month. Membership is an ongoing monthly membership, and will be debited from your account each month on the same date as the class pass is purchased. Monthly memberships must be held for a minimum of three months before they can be cancelled. Please write to us to cancel your membership providing 14 days notice. All class bookings must be made in advance.
