Welcome to some of the friendliest and accessible Yoga classes in Nottingham. Our classes run either as a single class, or 5 and 10 class pass options, which you can buy direct online.  If you have any queries please get in touch, we will be happy to help.

10.30am  to 11.30am Hatha Yoga (all levels including beginners)

Monday Morning Mellow Yoga – with clear guidance and options available and you’ll have time to relax and switch off too.

5.15pm to 6.15pm Ashtanga Yoga  (Level 1 to 2) with Jasmin

A dynamic yet mindful paced flowing style of Yoga to build up strength, stamina and flexibility. For mixed levels of experience, including beginners. Single Class pass £12, or buy a 5 week, or 10 class pass: Click here for class credits

6.45pm to 9.15pm – 8 week Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) with Jake

1.45pm to 4.15pm –  8 week course on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) with Jake

7pm to 8pm Hatha Yoga (Level 1 to 2) with Nikki

A mindfully paced Hatha Yoga class based on flowing movements with a guided relaxation.

6pm to 7pm Hatha Yoga for Beginners (Level 1) 

Covering the basics and beyond of Yoga, from standing, seated, simple twists and bringing an awareness to mind, body, breath and movement. Perfect class for beginners. Single Class pass £12, or buy a 5 week, or 10 class pass: Click here for class credits

7.30pm to 8.30pm Dynamic Yoga (Level 2 to 3) with Jasmin

This class is suitable for anyone practising Yoga longer than 18 months. Not just about the physical side of Yoga, you’ll have some meditation, chanting and deep relaxation time too. Not suitable for beginners.

7.30am to 8.15am Hatha Yoga & Breakfast Class with Jenny

45 minute uplifting and soothing Yoga class.  An optional breakfast and hot drink is available for students (fees apply) – Next class 19th and 26th September 2019. 

10am to 11.30am Functional Yoga for all levels with Chris

A 90 minute class suitable most levels of ability. With a focus on alignment and working steadily through postures, focussing on simple pranayama and relaxation techniques, with expert guidance on anatomy and postural awareness.  No class Thursday 3rd October, 2019.

6pm to 7.00pm  New Class – TBC

7.15pm to 8.15pm Hatha Yoga Flow (Level 1 to 2) with Jenny 

The  Hatha Flow Yoga poses will aim to bring stillness, strength and calmness into your body and mindOpen to mixed levels of experience, including beginners.

12.30pm  to 1.15pm  Lunchtime Yoga  (All levels) 

A nourishing 45 lunchtime session with a thoughtful attitude to add a spring in your step as you return to work post Yoga. Open to mixed levels including beginners. 

6pm to 7pm  Hatha Yoga  (Level 1 to 2 ) 

A grounding and soothing Friday evening Hatha Yoga class for mixed levels of ability. Open to mixed levels of experience, including beginners. Note limited classes during August, 2019. Single Class pass £12, or buy a 5 week, or 10 class pass: Click here for class credits

 

9.30am to 10.30am Hatha Yoga Flow (Level 1 to 2) 

Covering the basic classical standing and seated poses, with an emphasis on learning how to breathe and flow into poses with alignment tips. Open to mixed levels of experience, including beginners. (Note during events and training days this class time will change see below).

September 21st – Class will start at 9.15am 
October 12th, November 2nd and 23rd and December 7th 2019 – Class is 11.15am to 12.15pm

10am to 11.15am Hatha Yoga Flow  (Level 2) with Jasmin*

An invigorating and cleansing Sunday morning class for more experienced Yogis inspired by Sivananda, Yin and Classical Yoga. Covering meditation, pranayama, asana, relaxation and linking into Yoga philosophy. *Note this class runs selected Sunday mornings, please check the timetable.

6pm to 7pm – Sunday Series begins Autumn 2019

Class levels explained

Level 1 — New to Yoga, a beginner Yoga student this one’s for you –
Level 2 — Confident and able to move through the basic poses then try level two.
Level 3 — Been doing Yoga for more than 18 to 24 months? This is for you.
All levels For mixed levels including beginners to more experienced students.

Note our classes are not suitable during pregnancy, however, pregnant students (16+ onwards only) are welcome to book onto the women’s wellness classes.

Fees

Single Class Passes
£12 Class Passvalid for 5 weeks from date of purchase (DOP)
£9 Class Pass
valid for 5 weeks from DOP can only be used with Friday lunchtime yoga, or 10.30am on Monday morning.
£14 Yoga & Breakfast Class Pass – valid for 5 weeks from DOP

Monthly Class Passes
5 Class Pass £42Valid for 6 weeks from DOP
10 Class Pass £70Valid for 12 weeks from DOP

Three Month Class Pass
Open to our regular students at Bahia Yoga. A three-month special class pass offer for £150 (usual price £180)
This will be billed at £50 per month, for three months. Entitles the member to register for 3 classes per week.
