Please book in advance before attending a class at Bahia Yoga.

Welcome to our in-person and online sessions. Classes run either as a single class pass, or 5 and 10 class pass options, which you can buy directly online.  If you have any queries please get in touch, we will be happy to help.

IN-PERSON and ONLINE: 6 pm to 7 pm Ashtanga Yoga Slow and Steady for all levels with Jasminder

This is a slow, steady, strength-based yoga class focusing on some of the Ashtanga-based sequences. Adapting and modifying the practice to suit your body and ability. The class offers pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and savasana (relaxation). The aim of this class is to help you destress, release mental and physical fatigue and feel healthier.

Online: 6 pm to 7 pm Hatha Yoga (Level 1 to 2) with Suzanne

A mindfully paced Hatha Yoga class based on flowing movements with guided relaxation.

IN-PERSON and ONLINE: 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm Hatha Dynamic Yoga for all levels with Karen

Mindful-paced classical yoga class, with strengthening asanas. This class offers a steady-paced flowing sequence, with time for meditation and relaxation. Suitable for all levels including beginners.

IN-PERSON and ONLINE: 10 am to 11 am Hatha Yoga (Level 1 to 2) with Jasminder

This is a class designed to increase your flexibility and help you with building strength and stamina through a gentle mindful postural flow. This class is also suited to beginners and also suitable for all bodies and ages. Includes meditation and pranayama, which encourage you to find ways to relax and calm the mind.

In-person: 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm Lunchtime Yoga  (Monthly) Jasminder Bahia or Jasmine Sodhi

IN-PERSON and ONLINE:  10 am to 11 am Hatha Yoga Flow (Level 1 to 2) with Geeta

Covering the basic classical standing and seated poses, with an emphasis on learning how to breathe and flow into poses with alignment tips. Open to mixed levels of experience, including beginners. 

On the following Saturdays, when we have a yoga teacher training the class will run from 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm. 
4 December – From 2022: 8 January, 5 February, 6, and 26 March 23 April, 14 May, 11 June, 2 and 23 July,

IN-PERSON: 10 am to 11.00 am Hatha Yoga (Level 1 to 2)  with Paula

A mindful-paced class focussing on Hatha Yoga postures, with simple flows to help stretch and strengthen the body. includes relaxation, savasana, and simple guided breathwork. Suitable for beginners.

Please note when we have our yoga teacher training running, we will run the online class option (not in-person)
2021: 7 November and 5 December. 2022: 9 January, 5 February, 6, and 27 March, 24 April, 15 May, 12 June, 3, and 12 July.

Winter Solstice Yoga and Meditation,  In-person and ONLINE – Tuesday 21 December 2021, 6 pm to 7.15 pm




Class levels explained

Level 1 — New to Yoga, a beginner Yoga student this one’s for you  (suitable for pregnant students)*
Level 2 — Confident and able to move through the basic poses then try level two.
Level 3 — Been doing Yoga for more than 18 to 24 months? This is for you.
All levels For mixed levels including beginners to more experienced students.

*Classes that are suitable during pregnancy are led by Director Jasminder Bahia, or Jasmine Sodhi please check in advance.


During this time, we continue to offer our classes live online with various membership options. This will allow people to make their own decisions about returning to the studio for in-person classes. There are three different class options to choose from via the booking system.

1 – In-person classes with limited numbers, in compliance with the latest distancing guidelines
2 – Live streamed in-studio classes (join an in-studio class – limited numbers)
3 – Join our existing online classes (taught from the teachers’ homes)

Online Multiple Class Pass

10 Class Pass £75 

Class passes are valid for 3 months from date of purchase. Multiple Class Passes are valid for both online and in-person at the studio. A booking fee applies each time you choose to attend in person. This works out to approximately £85 for a 10 class pass or £47.50 for a 5 class pass. This allows people to switch between in-person and online classes.
