10am to 11am Hatha Yoga Flow for Beginners (Level 1)
Monday Morning Mellow Yoga- with clear guidance and options available and you’ll have time to relax and switch off too.
12pm to 12.45pm Lunchtime Yoga: Adapted Yoga also suitable for Pregnancy
The adapted yoga classes are suitable for anyone, and for students who are 16 weeks pregnant or over. This is a drop in price of £8 per session, all bookings are online please. This class runs term time only. No classes on during school holidays.
5.15pm to 6.15pm Ashtanga Yoga (Level 1 to 2)
If you are keen to find a flowing style of Yoga that challenges you physically and mentally and wish to build up strength, stamina and flexibility pretty quickly this dynamic style of Yoga is for you. Open to mixed levels of experience, including beginners. Limited classes during school term time – due to the school holidays. No class on Monday 22nd October, 2018
5.30pm to 6.30pm Level 1 Beginners Class with Nikki
Suitable for anyone new to Yoga, or if you’d like to revisit the basics again.
7pm to 8pm Hatha Yoga (Level 1 to 2) with Nikki
A mindfully paced Hatha Yoga class based on flowing movements with a guided relaxation.
6pm to 7pm Hatha Yoga for Beginners (Level 1) with Vicky
Covering the basics and beyond of Yoga, from standing, seated, simple twists and bringing an awareness to mind, body, breath and movement. Perfect class for beginners.
7.30pm to 8.30pm Dynamic Yoga (Level 2 to 3) with Jatta
This class is suitable for anyone practising Yoga longer than 18 months. Not just about the physical side of Yoga, you’ll have some meditation, chanting and deep relaxation time too. Not for beginners.
10am to 11.30am Hatha Yoga for all with Chris
A 90 minute class suitable most levels of ability. With a focus on alignment and working steadily through postures, focussing on simple pranayama and relaxation techniques.
6pm to 7.30pm Meditation with Jake
A 90 minute class focussing on meditation practice and techniques. This class is suitable for people who have been practising meditation regularly for 12 months or longer. The class will include some guidance and talks on meditation and philosophy. No class on Thursday 25th October, 2018.
7.45pm to 8.45pm Hatha Vinyasa Flow (Level 1 to 2) with Jatta
The Vinyasa Hatha Flow Yoga poses will aim to bring stillness, strength and calmness into your body and mind. Open to mixed levels of experience, including beginners.
12.30pm to 1.15pm Lunchtime Yoga (All levels) – with Anneli / Bhavna
A nourishing 45 lunchtime session with a thoughtful attitude to add a spring in your step as you return to work post Yoga. Open to mixed levels including beginners.
6pm to 7pm Hatha Yoga (Level 1 to 2 ) with Jo
A grounding and soothing Friday evening Hatha Yoga class for mixed levels of ability. Open to mixed levels of experience, including beginners.
9.30am to 10.30am Hatha Yoga Flow (Level 1 to 2) with Jatta
Covering the basic classical standing and seated poses, with an emphasis on learning how to breathe and flow into poses with alignment tips. Open to mixed levels of experience, including beginners. (Note during events and training days this class time changes to 11am or 12pm)
9.30am to 10.40am Hatha Yoga Flow (Level 2) with Jasmin
An invigorating and cleansing Sunday morning class for more experienced Yogis. Covering meditation, pranayama, asana, relaxation and linking into Yoga philosophy. Not for beginners. During teacher training dates and courses this class might not run. Limited classes during school term time – due to the school holidays.
6pm to 7pm Hatha Yoga (Level 1 to 2) with Sam
An uplifting Yoga class covering all the basics and beyonds. Open to mixed levels of experience, including beginners.
Sunday Series: Restore Sequence for mind and body with Jasmin
Sunday 18th November 3pm to 5pm
Sunday 25h November 3pm to 5pm
The Sunday Series consists of a mini programme which runs every quarter, looking at the subtler aspects of Yoga. This course is open to anyone who is interested to learn more about Yoga, and what lays beyond the postures. Please book your place here.
Finding your teaching voice with Jasmin

This Yoga Continuing Professional Development (CPD) day is to help you as a Yoga teacher to find your unique voice. You will be offered a safe space to explore who you are, and to provide valuable, considered feedback. Find our more details here.
Class levels explained
Level 1 — New to Yoga, a beginner Yoga student this one’s for you –
Level 2 — Confident and able to move through the basic poses then try level two.
Level 3 — Been doing Yoga for more than 18 to 24 months? This is for you.
£11 Single Class Pass – valid for most classes except Beginners Yoga evening classes
£8 Class Pass – valid for Lunchtime Yoga, Adapted Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga and 10am Beginners (Monday morning)
5 Class Pass £42 – Valid for 6 weeks from registration
10 Class Pass £70 – Valid for 12 weeks from registration
