Nurturing Ourselves and Others in Challenging Times

In times of personal and collective crises, it becomes crucial to sustain and care for ourselves and others. But how can we navigate these difficult situations without feeling overwhelmed? Thankfully, contemplative practices such as yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and more offer us valuable tools and support. In this insightful half-day retreat, we will delve into the power of mettā (friendliness), joy, compassion, equanimity, and the importance of pausing and resting. Join us in exploring the art of caring and discover how it can be an antidote to burnout while helping us to give and receive compassion.
