We are returning with another women’s wellness coure for spring 2019 ran by the talented Lee-ann. The first course in January 2019, proved to be a big success, and we are delighted to bring you the second block. Focussing on creativity, expect a grounding yet uplifting course to help you feel well in both your body and mind. Emphasising postures to soothe the sacral area, the spine, hips, pelvis and belly. With enough time to stretch, breath and find space mentally and physically.
Each session finishes with a (optional) cuppa chai and with plenty of time to chat with the other students and teacher.
Who can attend?
- Women of all ages, experience and backgrounds are welcome!
- Women who are pregnant (16 weeks plus).
- Women who are looking at ways to feel creative, relaxed and have space to unwind and reconnect.
When does the course start?
The course begins Monday 25th February and runs until Monday 1st April. Every Monday 12.30pm to 1.30pm. For anyone who is pregnant the government advises women are entitled to paid time off for antenatal appointments (as recommended by their medical professional) this can also includes specialist Yoga classes. The bonus is that you might be able to have your lunch break and a yoga class at the same time!
