Learn the true art of setting good intentions with a new years practice of Yoga Nidra. Join us for the new Yoga Nidra Sunday Series January 2021. Running online and everyone is welcome to attend. Yoga Nidra is a form of awareness and guided meditation. It helps reduce physical and mental tension. Yoga Nidra can be practised laying down or on a chair and is accessible for all.
Date and Times – Yoga Nidra Sunday Series January 2021
Sunday 10 January and Sunday 14 February 2021
3.30pm to 5.30pm – Open to all levels of experience, including beginners.
This Sunday Series is led by Jasminder the founder of Bahia Yoga. She is a Practitioner Psychologist and student of Zen. Jasminder has been teaching Yoga Nidra for over 10 years.

In terms of everyday well-being, Yoga Nidra can be practiced as an accessible form of meditation.
What you will learn:
- How to set an intention: connect with a positive statement for overall wellness.
- You will learn the purpose and benefits of an intention (Sankalpa)
- The practise of scanning the body. Learn how to move your awareness through your body.
- Reflect and connect. Learn ways to integrate this practice into your day to day life.
For this Yoga Nidra Sunday Series, we will guide you through building up to a 15 minute practice. Four weeks later you will build up to a 20 minute practice.
