Our next 4-week Beginners Yoga Course for Autumn/Winter is about to begin! We love to share what we know about Yoga and Meditation. When winter hits and we have less daylight, we need some extra motivation to keep us connected.⁠

Learning something new is exciting and rewarding. Whether you want to grow your knowledge of Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, or Philosophy, our 4- week Beginners Yoga courses is an excellent opportunity to start your practice.

The brand new 4-week beginners Yoga course is perfect for anyone who wants to start learning something new. It’s also a great resource for those who have been away from their studies and want to get back into it. You will learn in an environment that supports you on your journey.

Dates for the Autumn/ Winter Course 

Wednesday evenings 6pm to 7.15 pm⁠
November 16 and 23 and 30 and December 7, 2022

Our weekly sessions are led by our Director Jasminder Bahia who is a practising Psychologist and the lead Yoga Teacher Trainer on our 200 hour courses. As an experienced teacher she will share the physical and emotional benefits of Yoga. As well as lots of other useful tips and techniques for stress relief, relaxation and rejuvenation. Yoga is a body-mind practice you can use it to help your mental and emotional stability, improve mobility and strength, and gain better balance.

The fee is £48 for the full course⁠. And yes we do offer community discounts as follows:

We will be focusing on the theme of Autumn/ Winter for our second course. Each 4-week beginners course focuses on a different theme. And this around we will focus on strength and support for the immune system, providing ease calm for your body and mind.

What if I miss a class? Booking information

If you cannot attend the scheduled class, please get in touch to reschedule to a Monday or Tuesday evening. We are happy to accommodate missing one session, but we can only do this once. If you know in advance that you will miss several classes, we recommend booking a place onto our next course which will run in January. Class passes are non-transferrable, non-refundable and valid for one person only.
