Meditation practice helps us to live with compassion, love, and wisdom in the midst of an uncertain world. It is a way of cultivating a heart and mind that can hold all of life’s experiences and find peace within the joys and sorrows of human life. Inspired by both classical and contemporary teachings, the retreat will include meditations, optional sessions of gentle Yoga, and reflections dedicated to liberating our hearts.
