Are you looking to deepen your Yoga practice and learn more about the philosophy, theory, and practical application of Yoga? Then this 60 hours Foundation Course is for you!
Ideal for students who have a minimum of one year (or more) of active Yoga practice. This Mini Yoga Foundation Course is ideal for anyone who is interested in learning more about Yoga. It’s an introduction to the art, theory, and science of the practice, designed to help deepen your understanding of the discipline.
This course is designed to give you a taste of the benefits of regular Yoga practice. And equip you with the tools to develop or deepen your own individual practice. After successful completion, you may wish to consider applying for the 200-hour teacher training programme.
This course covers 5 key areas of Yoga:
Asana (postures), Philosophy, Pranayama & Mantra (breathing and mantra practices), Meditation, and The Art of Letting Go. It’s designed to be an introduction to the philosophy and lifestyle aspects of Yoga, as well as how to establish a daily practice.
This course will benefit students of all experience levels, especially those who would like to have a more detailed, hands-on approach to learning the practical applications of Yoga. The course is designed to be interactive and will help you to build a solid foundation of applied Yoga knowledge in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Course Dates, Fees, and How to apply
The next Foundation Course begins in February 2023. The course is spread over five Sundays.
- Sundays: 26 March, 23 April, 14 May, 14 and 25 June
- The fee for the course is £540 – This includes all tuition, learning with the tutors, and a comprehensive training manual.
- The closing date for registration is 26 February 2023.
