January Meditation and Pranayama
We invite you to join us for our January Meditation and Pranayama sessions led by Jasminder Bahia and Bhavna Patel. Whether you are new to meditation or have some experience, everyone is welcome.
January Meditation and Pranayama
- Tuesdays and Wednesdays: 7am to 7:30am
- Thursdays and Fridays: 7:30am to 8am
- Sundays: 8:30am to 9am
Yoga Nidra Sessions
- Tuesday 9 January 6.30pm to 7pm – Yoga Nidra
- Tuesday 16 January 8pm to 8.30pm – Yoga Nidra
- Monday 22 January 8pm to 8.30pm – Yoga Nidra
We will introduce easy pranayama (sometimes known as breathing techniques) and provide some simple guidance to help you deepen your meditation practice. Our focus is on creating a calm and focused environment, and involves longer periods of silent practice. Occasional guidance on visualisation, and restful practices to help soothe the nervous system will also be offered, such as Yoga Nidra.
