Relax into a Candlelight Winter Solstice Yoga on Wednesday evening 21 December 2022,  from 6.30 pm to 8 pm. With Jasminder Bahia and Karen Nix. This 90-minute session is suitable for all levels of experience.  With candlelight and warmth, create a place of calm and ease.
 
 
The Winter Solstice is our time to come together as a community and practice together. Remember last year due to Covid we had limited numbers at classes? And the year before we couldn’t practice together. So this year it feels extra special to come together as a community and welcome in the Solstice.
 

What to expect at the Candlelight Winter Solstice Yoga session 

 
This Candlelight Winter Solstice Yoga will help bring stability, strength, and peace to your daily practice. Learn breathing techniques, meditation techniques, and yoga postures to help ground and centre.  
 
The session is designed for all levels of practice with a focus on mindfulness, meditation, and community. Open to all types of practitioners including beginners and experienced practitioners.
 
The Solstice marks the shortest day of the year and the longest night. On this day, we celebrate nature’s magic as its changes from light to darkness.
 
 

Booking information 

The cost of a session is £15 per person. 
Members can book with one of your class passes and pay £5 to register.
