Community Yoga Classes


Come join us for a Community Yoga class – they will run Monday evenings and some Friday lunchtimes.

The Community Yoga Classes are £5 per person.

Members can book the community yoga classes with their regular class pass. These 45 or 75-minute sessions will be run by some of our yoga graduates, trainee teachers, and from time to time some of the Bahia Yoga teaching team. The classes are primarily aimed at underrepresented groups: such as people of colour; people from a lower socioeconomic status; and people from the LGBTQ+ community.

We are grateful for all supporters, who allow us to offer our classes at a reduced fee for the community. If you are able to pay the full (supporter) price, please do so! This allows us to keep offering these sessions.  Thank you for supporting this important work.

The sessions are inclusive and will remain open to all members of the community, so feel free to join us. We appreciate any support we receive, but if you’re unable to pay the full fee, please join us for £5. 

Join us for a fun, mindful-paced Yoga session.

We’ll start with a brief period of rest and simple meditation. Then we’ll move into mantra chanting and guided breathwork. The postural part of the practice will include standing postures, floor-based postures, and movements to aid mobility and provide strength for your joints.

Please ensure that you are generally fit and well enough to take part in this class. And will be able to come into standing and seated movements with ease. To book a spot please purchase a class credit here.
