Community Yoga Classes
The Community Yoga Classes are £5 per person.
Members can book the community yoga classes with their regular class pass. These 45 or 75-minute sessions will be run by some of our yoga graduates, trainee teachers and from time to time with some of the Bahia Yoga teaching team. The classes are primarily aimed at underrepresented groups: such as people of colour; people from a lower socioeconomic status; and people from the LGBTQ+ community.
We are grateful for all supporters, who allow us to offer our classes at a reduced fee for the community. If you are able to pay the full (supporter) price, please do so! This allows us to keep offering these sessions. Thank you for supporting this important work.
Join us for a fun, mindful-paced Yoga session.
We want you to get the most out of your yoga experience, so please note that these classes are not suitable for complete beginners. If you’ve never done yoga before, or if you’re a little rusty, we recommend starting with our 4-week beginners course.
Please ensure that you are generally fit and well enough to take part in this class. And will be able to come into standing and seated movements with ease.To book a spot please purchase a class credit here.
