6pm to 7pm Wednesday Evening Hatha Yoga

Wednesday evening is the ideal time to get up to speed with your Yoga practice.  Right in the middle of your week these classes will help to provide a little energy boost to keep you on track for the week.

This Yoga class is ideal for beginners. Covering the simple basics such as classical Standing and Seated Poses and Sun Salutations. You will get an understanding of the benefits of Yoga and how to build up your practice to a steady rhythm. This class will help to de-stress the mind with gentle breathing exercises (pranayama) and will focus on releasing negative thinking by focusing the mind especially during some of the balances and twisting poses. These poses will also be beneficial for helping with simple backache and give a gentle boost to the immune system.

 

Please bring along your own Yoga mat or hire a mat for £1 each session.
