From October 2024, Bahia Yoga in Nottingham will be hosting a detailed six-month Yoga Nidra Teacher Training course. Led by Jasminder Bahia, an experienced yoga teacher with expertise in psychology, this course is particularly suitable for yoga teachers and therapists aiming to enhance their knowledge and practice of Yoga Nidra.
Jasminder Bahia combines psychological insights with the spiritual teachings of Yoga Nidra. Her balanced approach brings together the science behind mind-body restoration and the time-honoured traditions of Yoga Nidra. As a result, the course offers more than just learning; it’s a passage to discovering yoga’s more profound layers.

- Frequency: One Saturday per month, 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM
