Join Lee-ann for a new six week course on Women’s Wellness in January 2019. We understand that women’s wellness isn’t just a buzz word for the new you in January 2019, it is a necessity for day to day living. During this course you will learn practical yoga techniques to help maintain a sense of balance and wellbeing.
This women’s wellness course is suitable for women during pregnancy (16 weeks onwards), assisting with fertility and creativity. Note these sessions are open to all women, the classes are adapted for fertility, creativity and pregnancy.
Dates, times and prices
This new six week course runs Monday afternoons, from 7th January to 11th February – 12.30pm to 1.30pm. The course fee is £54 per person. We have an introductory discount of £10 for the first ten students. Please click here for bookings. You are welcome to stay on after class, for a cuppa chai ‘n chat with the group and teacher.
What does this women’s wellness course cover?
The emphasis will be on hip openers, spinal mobility and nurturing forward folds to work with the ‘Sakral Chakra’ – Svadhistasana. This will help to cultivate a sense of fluidity and ease within the belly, lower back, hips, sacral plexus, and pelvic region.
It is said that when our sacral region is in healthy alignment, you will be able to source energy for creativity, movement, procreation, pleasure and relationships. Freedom in movement enables positive actions that can change the day to day patterns in our lives.
