4-Week Beginners Hatha Yoga & Yoga Nidra Course
Are you new to yoga and looking to reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit? Join us for a 4-week beginner Hatha Yoga course with an introduction to Yoga Nidra, taught by Paula Clarke. Paula is a certified yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience, and her classes focus on cultivating mindfulness, strength, and mobility.

Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra have numerous benefits for both your physical and mental health. Yoga can help improve flexibility, strength, and balance, while also reducing stress and anxiety. Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation that promotes deep relaxation and can help improve sleep, reduce tension, and increase mindfulness.
Course dates and fees
The course runs on Sunday mornings from 10 am to 11.15 am, both in-person and online. The fee for the 4-week course is £40, and our regular members can attend with their usual class passes. However, we also offer three discounted spots for the BIPOC community, with 30% off the full fee. If you’re interested in this option, please contact us directly.

Please note the dates are three weeks in June and one date in July, no class on Sunday 2 July as the teacher is away.

We operate a welcoming and inclusive place, and we welcome anyone, regardless of their yoga experience, to join us for this 4-week course. Please note that our studio is located on the first floor, and there are steps leading up to the first floor where our studio is located.
If you book the 4-week beginners Hatha Yoga & Yoga Nidra course, the course fees are non-transferable, and we cannot offer refunds. If you miss a session, you can attend another during that week, but classes cannot be carried over after the final date.
