Yoga brunch at Pitcher & Piano on Sunday 19th May. As it’s Mental Health Awareness Week, our theme is body image, how we think and feel about our bodies. We are taking action and joining the #BeBodyKind campaign for Mental Health Awareness Week
Yoga
The 60 minute class provides an energising heart lifting sequence. Focussing on the chest, lungs and upper back. With a heart warming easy to follow, vinyasa yoga flow. That will help stabilise and strengthen the spine, hips and legs. Finishing with a guided meditation and relaxation. All postures will be adapted to suit both beginners, and more experienced students. With a special emphasis on being kind, to our body and mind throughout the session.
A special treat
Numbers are limited to 15 students. We have a private space for Yoga in the glass terrace bar, plus a special table reserved for brunch at the altar bar. With positive and welcoming treats to ensure each person feels looked after. There’s a mini handout for each student on mental health and wellbeing, produced by our resident Psychologist and Course Director Jasmin. The class will be led by Jatta assisted by our team.
Food

Brunch Options
- BUTTERMILK PANCAKES & MIXED BERRIES (V) Mixed berries and crème fraîche on buttermilk pancakes.
- POACHED EGGS & AVOCADO (V) Sliced avocado, flat mushroom, confit tomato, poached eggs on a toasted seeded bloomer.
- VEGGIE BREAKFAST (V) Sliced avocado, fried or poached eggs, flat mushroom, confit tomato, baked beans, Crispy diced new potatoes with spinach and spring onion and toasted seeded bloomer.
- Plus a choice of a hot drink from English breakfast, Earl Grey to Moroccan Mint, Green Teas, Iced Latte, Mocha or Hot Chocolate.
