Date and Time: Saturday 25th November; 10 am to 1 pm

During this session, experience carefully curated asanas that embody the spirit of Diwali. Each pose represents a unique facet of the festival’s story, allowing you to connect with its symbolism and wisdom. From the Vriksh asana symbolising inner strength to the Mrigi asana for graceful transformation, embark on a physical and spiritual journey.

Deepen your understanding of Diwali as Jasmine guides you to discover the powerful symbolism behind each posture. Connect with your physical postural yoga practice, and cultivate a stronger connection to the spiritual aspects of Yoga.

Join in a mini Satsang / Kirtan

Immerse in melodies and vibrations during our mini Satsang. Jasmine has curated a soothing Diwali-themed playlist. It will inspire your movements and develop in a collective mini kirtan. Fostering a connection with other practitioners, as you sit and chant and listen to stories from Jasmine.

You will also explore the spiritual significance of Diwali and also Bhandi Chor Diwas. A significant occasion in the Sikh faith. Reflect on the resilience and triumph over adversity as you learn about the liberation of Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji and the 52 princes.
