Day Retreat: Meditation and Yoga
Join us for monthly day retreats in 2023: Meditation and Yoga. These mini-retreats are designed to be a peaceful space to reconnect and pause. We offer gentle meditations, simple Yoga, and silent spaces. Walking meditation and sitting meditation sessions, philosophical talks, and moments of reflection.
What is a Day Retreat?
A day retreat is for those who want to improve their health and well-being. It’s a place where you can take time out of your busy life, and recharge yourself. During this time we will practice mostly meditation. Alongside very simple asana (physical poses), basic pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and chanting. We hope you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated. Please note that during periods of silence, beginners are welcome but should be aware they will be sitting quietly for up to twenty minutes at a time.
Booking information for the Day Retreat:
The next-day retreat is with Jasminder Bahia and Jake Dartington and runs Sunday, March 26, from 11 am to 4 pm. The fee includes light refreshments and lunch. The food provided will be vegan/vegetarian and gluten-free, if you have a specific dietary requirement and have any allergies, we suggest that you bring along your own snacks/ food.
