Join us for our monthly day retreat in 2023: Meditation and Yoga. Sit, rest, reflect and connect in this retreat for a day of contemplation.

Time for silence, calm and contemplation. Bring a journal to write down your thoughts and receive guided meditation sessions. This day retreat on meditation and Yoga is designed to be a peaceful space to reconnect and pause.  We offer gentle meditations and simple Yoga to support release from the stressful day-to-day. There will be silence spaces, walking and sitting meditation, philosophical talks, moments of reflection, and sharing of food together.

What is a Day Retreat?

A day retreat is for those who want to improve their health and well-being. It’s a place where you can take time out of your busy life, and recharge yourself.

Our monthly day retreats will run each month in 2023: Meditation and Yoga. Sit, rest, reflect and connect. Simple Yoga will help you release tension and stress, while meditation allows you to focus your mind, and your breath— The aim is to help relax both body and mind.

Meditation is a great way to help relax the mind and body. It helps calm your nerves, reduces stress, and helps you feel more energised throughout the day. If you’re looking for a way to take care of yourself this holiday season, consider joining us on this day retreat! During this time we will practice meditation, simple asana (physical poses), basic pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and chanting. We hope you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated from head to toe! Please note the day retreat will emphasise periods of silence and focus primarily on meditation. Beginners are welcome, please note you will be sitting in periods of quiet for up to 20 to 25 minutes at a time.

Next session runs Sunday, February 26, 11am to 4pm.

The fee includes light refreshments and lunch. The food provided will be vegan/vegetarian and gluten-free, if you have a specific dietary requirement and have any allergies, we suggest that you bring along your own snacks/ food.
