Meditation Workshop on Kindness and Compassion

Workshops |

Join River Wolton for a meditation workshop, on kindness and compassion. Sunday 19 June 1.30 pm to 5.30 pm

Kindness and compassion, central to both the yoga and insight meditation traditions, are the themes for this afternoon of practice. With guided meditation, reflections and discussions. We will explore how to develop these capacities of our human hearts and minds, and what might get in the way.

Who can attend the meditation workshop on kindness and compassion?

The meditation session is open to all levels of experience including beginners to loving-kindness (metta bhavna practices).  River has a knack for making meditation practices for all members of the community. She is a valued contributor to the Bahia Yoga teaching training programme.
