Online Winter Meditation Classes

News |

As winter approaches, it’s important to find time and space for contemplation. And this is why we’re now offering online winter meditation classes. These classes are a simple and easy way to cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and inner peace.

Led by Jasminder, a psychologist, yoga nidra and yoga teacher trainer, and Zen practitioner, our classes are designed to help you deepen your meditation practice. We use simple cues, silence, and the soothing sound of a singing bowl to help you stay focused.

Schedule:  Monday and Thursday 7.30am. Sunday 8.30am

Our classes last only 30 minutes. You can join us on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays. All you need is an internet connection and a quiet space to practice from the comfort of your own home or office. Our first class is on Thursday 16 November.

Meditation has many benefits. It can help to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. It can also improve focus, creativity, and emotional regulation. By practicing together, we can support each other and feel connected even when we’re physically apart.

In the new year, we’ll be holding a short meditation retreat to help deepen your practice and connect with other meditators. Our retreat will be online-only, so everyone can join us from anywhere in the world.

Join us for a simple and powerful practice that can help you navigate the turbulence and changes of life with more awareness and compassion. We welcome meditators of all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Click here to register today.
