Join our 4-week of beginner’s courses on Yoga and Meditation. This a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with your practice and develop your skills.

Are you new to the practice of Yoga and meditation? Or do you simply want to reconnect with your practice? This is the course for you! A 4-week course designed to demystify yoga and meditation, so that you can begin to develop your practice. We will cover topics such as postural practice and tips for alignment, breath work, and relaxation in a safe, supportive environment.

Each month the themes vary, but all are designed with the beginner in mind. You’ll develop skills in the practice of yoga and meditation. And have an opportunity to connect with like-minded people who share an interest in self-development and well-being.

Building your skills 

The 4-week beginner’s course is a safe, supportive and relaxed way to learn the fundamentals of yoga and meditation. Throughout the course, you will build a solid foundation of physical and mental well-being, with gentle guided instruction. You’ll start to feel healthier, more at peace, and happier in your mind and body.

Are there any community discounts for the 4-week Beginners Yoga Course

The fee is £48 for the full course⁠. And yes we do offer community discounts as follows:
30% discount for Black, Asian, and People of Colour ⁠*
20% discount for registered NUS members ⁠

The 30% discount for Black, Asian, and People of Colour Communities, is also offered for other underrepresented groups. If you would like to contact us to register and we can add your name to the list. *Underrepresented groups are non-dominant groups such as people of colour; people with disabilities; people from a lower socioeconomic status; LGBTQ+ community.

What if I miss a class? Booking information

If you cannot attend the scheduled class, please get in touch to reschedule for a Monday or Tuesday evening. We are happy to accommodate missing a single session and happy to do this once. If you know in advance that you will miss several classes, we recommend booking a place on our next course. Class passes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid for one person only.
