6 month Online Yoga Nidra Training
This 6-month Online Yoga Nidra Training will not only qualify you with all the skills and tools you need to become a Yoga Nidra teacher. It will also build your personal practice, connection, and understanding of Yoga Nidra.
This 60 hours course focuses on three key areas – Sleep Rest and Restore. Led by Psychologist Jasminder Bahia, Yoga Teacher Trainer, and Zen practitioner. The course combines ancient Yoga techniques within a Psychological framework.
Dates for the Online Yoga Nidra Training
The course is supported by six live online sessions, which take place on Tuesday evenings from 6.30 pm to 8 pm (BST)
Dates for online sessions: 7 March, 18 April, 16 May, 13 June, 11 July, and 1 August
5 to 6 hours a month of online training, via high-quality, professionally recorded videos
Content includes a mixture of theory and practical sessions
1 pre-recorded Yoga Nidra practice per month
Monthly led Yoga Nidra practice (LIVE)
Discussion and Q&A sessions (LIVE)
Monthly homework/practice and journals (approximately 10 to 15 hours per month)

Students will receive a stage by stage guidance on Yoga Nidra. Exploring a thorough approach for teaching the practice accurately. And time for developing the practice of Yoga Nidra for themselves. Learning how to deliver Yoga Nidra that is suitable for various student populations in a confident and supportive manner.

How am I assessed on the online Yoga Nidra training?
Each month online homework guides will be set up to help you from start to finish. We’ll provide each assignment with clear guidelines and multiple step-by-step workflows, so you know what’s expected of you every step of the way. You’ll be submitting a monthly journal during this course. You will be required to write a script, and then record yourself reading it. Assessments are over the course duration, and there are no written exams or group presentations. You will be offered ongoing written feedback throughout.
