Yoga Brunch with Kiosk – Saturday 10 June 9am to 11am
Our long awaited event is finally here, and we are super happy to confirm that our first ever Yoga Brunch runs Saturday 10th June , with the super talented, foodie expert Beth from Kiosk. Please note this event was fully booked in June with a waiting list, our next date will be in September, details to follow.
What to expect
A nourishing combination of uplighting Yoga and grounding Ayurvedic inspired food. The Yoga will take place at Bahia Yoga, led by Jasmin and her team. Beth and her wonderful team at Kiosk, will be serving a mini brunch type mezze with middle eastern inspired flavours, both the ‘Yoga and Brunch’ aim to bring harmony to the body and mind. With some herbal infusions to tantalise your taste buds and soothe the digestive system. You will have some treats to take home, like the much sought out Sweaty Betty goodie bag, with a tasty takeaway bite from Kiosk.
How to book
For the first ever Yoga Brunch with Kiosk, we are launching the event at a special price of £20 per person. Usual ticket price will be £25. This includes the Yoga, the special brunch menu created by Kiosk for the launch, and goodie bags from the Sweaty Betty Nottingham team.
You can buy your tickets here – please double check that you can attend the event before booking. Tickets are non transferrable and cannot be refunded once purchased, each ticket is only valid for the specified event.
Who can attend?
The session is opened to mixed levels of Yoga experience. It includes uplifting and grounding Yoga sequences with a vibrant warm up sequence to bring internal heat into the body. You’ll learn how to balance in standing poses, step by step guidance on nourishing seated postures and heart openers. Expect clear guidance for alignment and how to integrate the breath into your Yoga practice. We will conclude with a soothing Savasana (relaxation) and mini meditation. Then – after the Yoga we will take a short walk along to Kiosk where our Yoga Brunch awaits us!
What to bring
Please bring along a Yoga mat, read why we think it’s important to have your own Yoga mat here. Remember to have some room for food in your belly post class! There will be access to some Yoga equipment like belts, blocks and bolsters at the studio. You will be taken care of once you arrive at the studio by the team, who will be there to greet you and explain where to place your belongings. Please come early and settle into the studio by 8.50am so we can start the class on time. The class will begins promptly at 9am.
